Post update
Have not posted for a while. I'm back in Neb. visiting family; however, that does not mean that running has stopped.
This has ended up being a great week of running while getting in lots of hill running at a little higher altitude compared to DC.
July 5-11
Sunday: 10 miles 1:28
Monday: AM 5 mi
PM 10 mi
Tues: 15 mi 2:08 Blisters are no fun.
Wed: ~18-19 mi 2:46
Thur: 11 mi 1:44 Did not feel good on this run.
Fri: Off
Sat: 20 mi. 2:50 Felt absolutely wonderful!
90 miles for the week. Almost 600 miles on the shoes.
I am pleased with the effort this week and am glad I took Friday off.
Will be without internet access for the next week, so in the meantime happy running.
