First day back from foot recovery.
Felt FANTASTIC to get back out there.
Ran 2 easy with Leah to test the foot.
It performed well. No pain.
3x[20 sit,30 lunges,20 push]
30 leg throwers
Total:
90 sit
90 lunge
60 push
This was a quick and easy PT. Nothing compared to the Mammoth numbers that Charles is knocking out.
Feels great to get back out there. The legs feel amazing. This break has been the longest break since started running. Plan to gradually increase miles.

Nice. Glad to hear that your foot is okay. I am going to try running tomorrow. I plan to give thanks for a healed hip!

Glad to hear you're better man! I'm almost completely healed too! I can walk around with minimal discomfort...will try running in a week.
