Was the workout for today.
Started with 2 min on and 1 min off, but the guy I was running with threatened to hurl and pass-out several times. We decided to cut it down to 1x1 min.
2x200 m sprints to feel fast. 29 and 32 sec.
2 sets: 8x10 varied sit. A smaller version of the Bear workout.

At least you didn't let the hurler/passer-outer totally off the hook. Is it still in the 70's there? We have another blizzard threatening.
Those are some quick times on the 200m. I don't know when the last time I ran that fast was. Probably when I was 4, when I took gold the youth olympics 200m. Not really.
