Warmth

Beautiful weather today. Just around 65 degrees. The warmth reminded me of two things: 1) drink more water and 2) drink more water.

2 mile wu at steady pace
3x 800 with 400 jog in between
2:53, 2:55, 3:04
1 mile cool down
stretch and soak up some sun

Running plans include faster work and less distance because speed work tends to take less time.

Nice 800's. Oh, and now that the weather's gotten warmer, remember to drink more water. In case you forgot.
