Well, the sickness lingers. The head is congested and the sinuses are filled. Gross.
Yesterday, ran 5 medium in Central Park. It wasn't as great as I thought it would be. Just past the turn around I was in desperate need for a bathroom. Couldn't find one. It made for an unpleasant second half.
Now, I'm in North Carolina and plan to run tomorrow. I'm excited.

Like, Central Park in NYC?
Charles and I ran there in 2005. It was neat, but not too spectacular. Maybe the summer is better.
I'm sick too. Congestion. Luckily, it's all in the sinuses so even though I sound different, I could still perform okay yesterday.
