Happy Halloween

It was absolutely gorgeous outside today. Went outside expecting it to be chilly, but it turned out perfect. Was excited to get done with business so I could go run.

Also, it was another late night last night. Up 'till 4am, slept for a bit, then back up at 8am.

Headed to the Nat'l Mall 6mi route. Took it very easy today.
Stepped into a new pair of Saucony Omni-6's.
They didn't help the clicking "neuroma" or the tender achilles, but they better then the Brooks Glycerin.

Longer run tomorrow, and long paper tomorrow. Going to rock them both.

Halloween today. Went to Scott's place tonight and hung out with some other students. Charlene popped her knee cap out of place and it was on the outside of her leg. Where a knee cap shouldn't be, but like a trooper she popped it back it, got some ice, popped some tylenol, and did it all in stride.

Hung out with Jo tonight. Went to George Town. It was madness. Hords of people on the sidewalks. It was fun. Saw a lot of interesting and creative costumes.

Happily Spook Day to all!

Peace of mind and Tranquility

Yeah man, long and long. You got it!
I hope the shoes solve your problems.

The kneecap thing used to happen to me all the time when I was younger: patellar tracking disorder. Mine sent to the outside too. The vastus medialis was weaker than the vastus lateralis, so the stronger muscle would pull the patella out of alignment. Fun stuff. If she wants some rehab help, let me know.
