Speed Work

2 mi wu (7:20s)
stretch
1.5 mi repeated wu
4x400m with 2 min. rest in between
4x300m with 2 min. rest, 100m jog
1 mi cd (10:00)

400s right around 80 sec. Legs were tight. Have not done speed work in a while.
Was hoping to feel fast with the 400s but did not. Focused on form. Legs died before breathing (although it quickly caught up).

Looks like a nice speed workout. 400 yards always seems longer than it looks when in the middle of a "dash" - to me anyway.

Thanks for the url for Anton Krupicka. I'd never heard of him - right in my neck of the woods. What an animal!
